Ticci Toby is a disturbed and unhinged proxy of Slender Man, known for his twitchy movements, uncontrollable tics, and haunting grin beneath a mouth guard. Suffering from Tourette's syndrome and CIPA (a condition that makes him unable to feel pain), Toby became numb to the world—both physically and emotionally. After enduring years of abuse and mental torment, he descended into madness following the death of his sister, which pushed him over the edge.
Wielding dual hatchets with deadly precision, Toby is both unpredictable and efficient. His cracked goggles and hooded jacket have become iconic in the creepypasta world, and the soft ticking sound he makes is often the last thing his victims hear.
A loyal follower of Slender Man, Ticci Toby roams the forests and shadows, drawn to chaos and darkness, leaving behind only silence... and blood.
